Alas, you now have the promoters
power and you can actually
submit and get into rotation on
internet radio. But it
still takes work.
Unlike my video about submitting
to major terrestrial radio
stations and groups, getting
your music on rotation on
internet radio is something that
you can do on your own.
But you still have to be on the
ball. You have to have
relationship chops and be able
to provide the right information
to the internet radio site
owners.
You can also target
geographically your target
audience much better with
internet radio with a much wider
(global) reach. Remember,
with internet radio it's the
world tuning in.
Then again, today you can
program your own radio show.
Just don't make it all about you
and bring in other acts.
