The only thing I can say about
this video is that the human
touch is still number 1.
The sterility of email and text
and all the other non-contact
options grow, you would be
surprised how well just picking
up the phone still works.
In
starting music marketing for my
clients the first thing I do is
pick up the phone and talk to
the band members or artist,
their camp and then make the
calls to the people I think can
help.
Another great thing about the
call, there's no junk email box
it will go straight to and get
lost......unless you always make
it to their answering service.
But even then, the will get your
name before the hit 9 for erase.
Than at that point you can start
with the emails.
You'd be surprised how many
people never do this. i
find that in most cases they
don't trust their communication
skills. If that's the
case, get someone else to do it
